The objectives of this action are to improve the institutional, regulatory and industrial exchanges between Brazil and the European Union (and its Member States) in areas related to entrepreneurship, expand the institutional capacity of both partners to support the internationalisation of young entrepreneurs and similar initiatives and provide input for the development of government policies and programmes related to the internationalization of companies run by young people. In this context, this action aims at information exchanges between Brazil and the European Union on the best practices in developing and implementing policies aimed at the internationalisation of such companies. This should be done with a focus on enhancing the mutual understanding of policies, programmes and governance instruments. The action provides for a comprehensive comparative survey of existing institutions and legal frameworks governing public policies. The information obtained will be presented to the Brazilian authorities and other stakeholders, including the board of the National Confederation of Young Entrepreneurs (Conaje). Also to be conducted is a study of public policies implemented by European Union countries.
