The initiative, promoted by the Delegation of the European Union to Brazil and Brazil’s Ministry of Human Rights and Citizenship, aims to support the creation of public policies that promote the rights and wellbeing of LGBTQIA+ people.

Webinar discusses the importance of data protection in the COVID-19 pandemic
The event, supported by Brazilian and European institutions, is the result of LAPIN's strategic partnership with the EU in Brazil. Brazilian stakeholders had the opportunity to learn more about the European experience with data tracking tools to combat COVID-19, and gained more knowledge on the current situation of information protection in Europe and Brazil.

Brazilian public servants praise Housing First as effective tool to guarantee human rights of homeless people
Between September 16th and 20th, Carlos Ricardo Júnior and Francisco Nascimento, both from the Directorate of Promotion and Education in Human Rights of the National Secretariat for Global Protection of the Ministry of Women, Family and Human Rights (MMFDH), participated in a technical mission to Spain and Portugal. The goal was to learn about European experiences of implementing Housing First, considered the most important and innovative project to assist homeless people in the last 30 years.
